Vote, you’ll regret it otherwise.

If you were not aware, the 2016 London mayoral election is actually a competition for a new member of One Direction. So my advise today is to vote for whoever you think is the cutest, rather than for their political values.

The last election was held for a new cast member of a Wombles remake, but Boris won and as much as they could cope with the shaggy hair, his views on recycling left a lot to be desired. The idea was canned and the only job left was one to ‘run’ London.

In all seriousness, use your right to  vote. You may be disillusioned with current events, the past 2 terms, whatever. Voting matters.

If you’re not sure where to vote because you misplaced the polling card sent to you decades ago, go here to find where you need to vote. Remember, you can vote between 7am and 10pm – earlier the better.

If you’ve not been paying attention to any of the candidates in the race, or only know two names, go here to download a mini manifesto of candidates.

Votes will be in on the 6th, and I’m sure I’ll have something to say about the result.

Peace out voters xoxo
